The Emmy Award winning WPIX-TV/CW11 in New York City, a Tribune Broadcasting television station, and the flagship station of The CW Television Network, has the following internships available:

Qualified students must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, undergraduate or graduate program, have completed their sophomore year and in good academic standing.  The qualified intern must be enrolled in a parallel major in the field of Journalism, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Business Management etc., as the internship is designed to provide hands-on experience as it relates to major course of study.  The successful candidate will have completed courses in broadcasting, have a general understanding of a television station and have applicable internship and/or volunteer experience.  With proper documentation, the internship can be for credit, but is not necessary; a stipend will also be paid.
